Who we are

easyride (Easy Ride, Batumi) is operated by TT JAPAN Reuse Trading LLC (ID 405827299), Zakaria Paliashvili Street, N 41, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

The website has no sign-up or forms. We only process:

• Website server logs: IP address, browser, request time. Used for security and troubleshooting.
• A preference stored in your browser (currency, GEL or USD). No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
• When you message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp: your identifier on that platform (your phone number on WhatsApp), your name if the platform provides it, and the content of your messages.
• What you choose to share with us: name, phone number, delivery address, the model you want or rental dates.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions and to arrange sales, rentals and delivery. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Automated assistant (AI)

On Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp the first reply may come from an automated assistant. To generate a reply, the text of your message and our catalog are sent to Google (Gemini API).

The assistant makes no decisions about you; orders, bookings and prices are always confirmed by our staff. If you want to talk to a person, just say so or call us.

Who we share it with

Data goes only to services the business cannot work without:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): messages pass through and are stored on these platforms under their own policies.
• Google (Gemini API): to generate automated replies.
• Our hosting provider (Contabo GmbH): the server that runs the website and the assistant.
• A bank: only if you ask for an installment plan, with your consent.
• Public authorities: only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• The assistant keeps the last 10 messages as conversation context, until the server restarts.
• Technical logs of the assistant are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted automatically.
• Sale and rental records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop its processing. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted:

• Email rideeasy800@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", saying where you messaged us (Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) and your name or phone number.
• Or tell us in the same chat that you want your data deleted.

Within 30 days of your request we delete the data we hold about you, except what the law requires us to keep, and confirm it to you. You can delete the conversation stored on Meta's platforms yourself by deleting the chat in the app.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated.
